The Asher

The one thing that immediately caught my attention was how nice Alicia and Aundrey were, they were both very kind and had such great customer service. Although my roommate and I will not be moving into the Asher Apartments at this time, the leasing office was very helpful and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. It’s a shame I won’t be living here, but I’m hoping that next year I might be able to! They also mentioned that they have Food Truck Friday’s around 4pm, so I thought it was kind that although I’m not apart of the community, they extended the  invite. If you’re thinking about moving here, DO IT! 🙌🏽 The apartments are beautiful! I hope to live here one day.

The food truck on Friday's is such a delight. ( I know longer have to worry about dinner). Aundrey is doing such a wonderful job curating this culinary experience for the residents. The variety of delicious offerings combined with the convenience of having it right at our doorstep, has added a wonderul sense of community to our Friday's.

Toured the property with my husband over the weekend; was amazed at how beautiful and clean this hidden community is. When you call ask for Alisha, she toured us around and was very knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas.

Upon reaching this beautiful property, Aundrey Sutherland warmly welcomed my family and I. Showcasing exceptional hospitality and profound knowledge about the surroundings. He took us on a comprehensive tour, providing detailed insights into the diverse amenities available. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Made an out of state move to The Asher December 2023, assisted by Alisha Diaz. Alisha provided wonderful customer service start to finish and still continues to do so. Yessenia has also been a big help in addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. The property is quiet, gated and well kept along with great amenities and calming views.

Although I did not decide to apply here because our other choice was closer to my work, I just want to say everyone here is so polite and helpful!! Everytime I called they were happy to assist me and they even called to follow up. When I move I will be moving here. Thanks for all your help

Please don't move here❗Ever sense the place has been bought out by another company or what ev it's been terrible... Also when it rains the roof gets moldy bc there is a problem with the roof... there's much more I can talk about but I'ma just leave it at that

DO NOT MOVE HERE. BEWARE!!!!! The complex was brought by new management. Since then, they've done half a** renovations and raised the rent by $500. On top of that they added extra fees to our rent posted a note on our door and said there will be an extra fee. That's it. No explanation. No mention of what the fee is for. We also pay common electricity, which is funny because the lighting in the hallway has been out for about two weeks. They have car break ins every week. My car got broken into twice and I was told that I should feel grateful because someone's car had gotten stolen. As if that negates the fact that my window was shattered. I was also told that it's not their responsibility to make sure that we're safe. Oh and that if I didn't feel safe I should move. What a joke. Then they have valet trash. But no way for us to take our garbage out if we let's say work past 7:30pm which is the pick up time, besides us driving over 5 speed humps with our trash on our trunks or hoods to get to the front dumpster which is infested with raccoons. Then you can't put it out early because you guessed it raccoons and ducks will eat it and then guess what the complex will do? Send you a $25 violation. I was retaliated against because I complained about my car being broken into and the new " rules " and schedule for the garbage disposal company was posted to all of my neighbor's doors but mine! Now they charge me all types of ridiculous trash fees when I have no copy of the contract with their supposed rules. I can't wait to move from here!

The property management team, Alisha, and Yesenia are fantastic! They made our application process and move in process as easy as possible. Most importantly, they maintained great communication from start to end. We love our new home and community!!
