The Harbour Condominium

Avoid The Harbour at 16385 Biscayne Blvd – Terrible Management! If you’re considering moving to The Harbour in Miami (16385 Biscayne Blvd), think twice! The building itself may look nice, but the management, especially the building manager Sualy, is absolutely terrible.
Sualy has no respect for residents, treats people poorly, and lacks basic professionalism. Instead of addressing issues properly, she is rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Getting anything done here is frustrating, whether it’s maintenance requests, communication, or simple assistance.
Many residents are unhappy with how the building is run. From delays in resolving problems to a complete lack of customer service, it’s clear that this place is managed very poorly. It’s a shame because the location is great, but the stress of dealing with incompetent management makes living here a bad experience.
If you want a smooth and enjoyable living situation, stay away from The Harbour. There are plenty of other buildings in Miami with much better management and customer service.

Excellent condominium

I frequent many of the condos and luxury buildings in the North Miami Beach and Miami Beach area every day for work. My experience with the valet as well as the concierge at The Harbour NMB has been with some of the rudest and blatantly least helpful people. What a consistently disappointing shame for such a beautiful building🤷🏼‍♀️

Don't move here at all the building is awfully managed . The valet service is no good at all rude and not polite at all you get ignored . I went to visit a friend and it's trash every where dog poo everywhere don't recommend it at all .

Terrible management, bad valet, no parking, overcrowded amenities and just an overall bad experience moving in and dealing with association

The worst experience I have had every time I go to this building, the Venezuelan man from Valet Parking, I don't know his name but I have already complained several times because the man is haughty and aggressive, you have to wait for him to finish his conversation with his companions so that he can go bring the car. It's not Mr. Moreno, he's a tall Venezuelan, please take action on the matter.
