I went to do a tour and was greeted very nicely by Frederic who then, gave us a booklet & other leasing information. He was very professional, well detailed and friendly! This seems to be a very nice apartment complex!

We came for an impromptu tour and met Frederic who was so generous to give us a tour. He explained everything so well and maintained conversation. I can see myself living here real soon! Check it out!

The maintenance team is great under Brett's management. He is always quick to respond to anything I need, polite, and very resourceful. He is a real pleasure to work with.

I could not be more happier with living at the Pearl. The maintenance team is the absolute best! Requesting maintenance service is user friendly and the turnaround time is extraordinary. Britt is top tier quality. The Pearl and its residents should be grateful to have him. The community is always clean, the amenities are amazing!!

I’ve been living for 5 years and overall has been a good experience. Claudia has been my main person of contact and not only is she funny but super helpful. Hoping for a couple of more years here until I buy my own.

Update: 6 years ago, we moved in here and have been through a few owners, property managers, and maintenance teams. The current trifecta is by far the best bunch since our initial move-in. The property manager knows what the property needs from a “macro” standpoint; our maintenance team understands the small details required. Since our move-in, the experienced maintenance supervisor, “Britt,” shows the leadership necessary to move around the many tasks required to upkeep this property. When in doubt, the leasing team has been fantastic since we moved in. They are helpful and made us feel like family instead of just another person renting. My apartment is spacious, and the property is centrally local to everything. My family and I have enjoyed our time here. Thank you, and keep up the great work.

I've lived at The Pearl since 2018 and I must say that it has been a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. Unfortunately this will be my last year here but I am moving on to bigger and better things. First and foremost, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the front office staff, Claudia and Anastasia. From the moment I moved in, they have been incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions I had. Their friendly and approachable demeanor creates a warm and welcoming environment, making it feel like a true community.
The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and has a modern designed. Peaceful community with plenty of amenities on property.
Overall, the Pearl Apartment is a fantastic place to call home. Highly recommended!
