The apartments are falling apart and they ignore the maintenance of all units, if you comments about the safety and structure of your house they put you in a nonrenewable lease and pawn off the problems to the next person. They don't even bother to clean or paint apartments between tenants. Their lack of care is astounding

Stephanie needs to be fired ASAP

By far the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of living. The unit leaked for months and was ignored until code compliance was involved, units are literally falling apart from the seems on to people's cars and Stephanie has to be the laziest most uncaring individual I have met, 90% of the issues I had living there were caused by her incompetence and the other 10% from how poorly the buildings are maintained. Find any other neighborhood to live in this one is not worth the exorbant prices they charge

I walked in today with my daughter who is 23. We were quiet and waited patiently 5 to 7 minutes. We realized after we sat in the opposite area we were never acknowledged or provided with any information. As I walked over to ask questions, the lady picked up the phone and proceeded to ignore me. I wanted to know if I should have made an appointment or what. Extremely rude and utterly disappointed at the severe low level treatment, decent respect that was not given to us. No one stopped to ask why we were leaving or  Anything utterly disgusted disrespected and literally will never stay in that complex ever again and will deter as many people as I know from staying there. Sad part we Wanted to pay  few months of rent up front...their loss...I know commissions are paid out...not from me
