Beautiful place with a lot of potential ...
Beautiful place with a lot of potential and overall a pretty quiet community but safety is a high concern living here. Literally anyone can enter the community without any boundaries even though there is a visitor gate, cars are tailgating, and nowadays it’s been wide open. NO security whatsoever. Cleanliness is not a priority either. Hallways are always dirty. You can find pet stools just walking around the community. People smoke marihuana and cigarettes at hallways and apartments. Kids all over unsupervised even at the gym. The issues we’ve had until the moment have been resolved but we’re not entirely pleased with the experience. I guess we had high expectations.
