Winston by Windsor is a great place to live. I have been living here for 10 months and am about to renew my lease. The administration and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.
They are always on time when I need help with something that broke in my apartment.
The maintenance man, Edwin, is always friendly and comes on time to help me out.
The ladies at the office always smile and are happy to help me out with my questions.
They invest in security and are always improving it.They keep the common areas and facilities in great shape.
I am excited to be renewing my contract here!

We love our new apartment! Kim did such a great job helping us, working with us as we were coming from Ohio with all the paperwork. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the new upgrades in the apartment are awesome and the location is ideal! Update: 2/16/24 - After 2 years of living here, my thoughts have changed. While this community is on a beautiful property that feels like paradise on first look, there is minimal regular maintenance with dog poop all over the grass. Trash is all over the breezeway. The valet trash is a joke, they drag bags all over the floors so the floors in the breezeway are wet with whatever leaked out of your neighbors trash. Management is ineffective. The rules change arbitrarily without warning. We had friends over for dinner, parked in the designated visitor space and registered and had their cars booted. Why? I don't know, you tell me. Rent changes every year by significant amounts, from 1900 to 2600 in 2 years, now with added fees. Run far away, not worth it. Also, pay attention to the reviews. They ask people to post when they visit or first move in because the people working in the office are cool but they don't actually have any power over the management. Pay attention people, this place sucks.

Excellent work from Peter on the maintenance team! Not only is he patient & explains what he's doing or needs to be done, but he also follows up to make sure everything is good. 👍
