I moved into Todel recently and it was the best decision. Love the manager Rosy and Jecenia. Hugo from maintenance is always so helpful.
Everything is always clean. Love the atmosphere. They recently added turf to the park was a very nice addition. Also they added air conditioning to the mail room. Love it here

Excellent attention from the office since the manager Rosie and her assistant Yesenia always have the best disposition and customer service, in addition the maintenance team led by Hugo has the best service and repair to all our requirements. I recommend TODEL 100% for your home.

I have been living in the TODEL communit ...
I have been living in the TODEL community for 3 years and I have been able to see its growth and improvements. I consider that the administrative and maintenance staff are excellent. I would like access to the gym to be free.

I am grateful and very happy with the staff that manages the TODEL apartment condominium. The manager Rosie is a great person and her assistant is always attentive to serving the community, and the maintenance service is excellent. I heartily recommend this property.

I have been living in TODEL Apartments for 32 years. I like that the condominium is excellently clean, the customer service in the office is very efficient and the gardening is incomparable with other condominiums. I hope to continue living in this place that is like my Home.
