I have lived here for over two years and have never seen a roach. That was a horrible review and it’s not true. The condos are spacious and the views are wonderful. We have a new building manager who is working out very well. The pools are beautiful. There are $3 million dollar homes a block or two away.

Many things have been resolved, for example, we now have security that monitors the parking, the pools are cleaned more frequently, and the area around our building has become cleaner. Dan, the management representative, is very responsive and always ready to help.
As for suggestions, it would be great to increase the number of lounging chairs by the pool and eliminate the unpleasant smell in the laundry room.

This building is disgraceful!!! Maybe it’s cleaned once a week at best. Roaches are everywhere and the the main office has no idea what they are doing
