This residential complex claims to be premium-class, but the reality is disappointing. Cigarette butts constantly land on my balcony, windowsill, and even inside the room. On a daily basis, 3-4 cigarette butts fall onto my property, including the carpet, which poses a serious fire hazard. My complaints to the association and management are ignored. Trash containers are placed right under the windows. They are always open, smell awful, and the early morning noise from garbage trucks is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep even with closed windows. This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-end complex!
Another significant issue is the constant presence of pigeons on my windowsills, leaving droppings that quickly dirty the windows again, even after cleaning. Despite my efforts to maintain cleanliness, it is disheartening to see large amounts of bird waste every day when looking outside. This not only affects the appearance but also creates an unpleasant and unsanitary living experience.

I was going to buy a condo there but the police were escorting the condo president out in handcuffs as we were walking into the lobby. Makes you wonder what was going on with this place?

We have been renting here with two toddler and are just in love. The HOA does an amazing job at keeping the amenities clean and are very helpful when you need it. The location itself is very great and walking distance to the grocery store. Definitely would recommend this condominium.
