Valencia at Doral

I have nothing but good to say about the office staff. They were very friendly and helped me out with all of my questions. I asked for some help and were willing to help with a smile.

DO NOT MOVE HERE MAURICIO THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF SUCK PLUS WHAT KIND OF PLACE ONLY OFFERS ONE PARKING SPOT FOR A 2/2?!?!

The worst place to live, they don't have enough parks and if you arrive from work after 5:30 you have to wait for the security lady to arrive until 9 PM to be assigned a park or for one night. They also close the gym for the dead and on Saturdays from 7 at night until 12 AM to clean 😂5 hours to take out the papers from the bathroom 😂😂

Valencia has been my home for two years, and sadly, work is taking me away. I've had zero issues during my stay. The property is well-maintained, with a consistently clean and operational pool and gym. The hot tub was always up and running as well. I can't speak highly enough about the leasing office staff—Beatriz, Mauricio, and Vannesia. They've always treated me with respect. The standout difference from the places I've lived previously is that the Valencia staff genuinely cares about your concerns and addresses them quickly. Work orders were always answered promptly, and they accommodated my work schedule and my pet living at home. It's been a great experience, and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

There is mold everywhere in the apartment, the musty smell is horrible, we have been like this for months and the response from the office is that they are behind schedule.

I've been living in Valencia at Doral for almost four years and never had any problems. The community is safe, with nice ammenities, like the fitness center and pool that are very well maintained. Not to mention its professional leasing office staff and maintenance guys, who are always willing to help and make sure that residents concerns are heard. Shout out to Mauricio for being so diligent and always showing a great attitude!

Excellent administration!!, Mauricio is always willing to serve tenants with excellent professionalism and service. The maintenance team, always attentive to any need of the homes.

Excellent place to live, everything is close, the only thing is that they need to do more maintenance on the homes and lower the rents that are high.
