Valencia at Doral

Horrible communication. I contacted a number of times with absolutely no response. I needed an apartment immediately and it would have  been nice if they would have gotten back to me in a timely manner.

Uninhabitable, what a place of intolerance and abuse,

A very quiet place to live and a very good service offered by Venice and all the administrative staff!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Valencia at Doral Apartments. The management team is incredibly helpful and always responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests, often addressing them faster than expected. The apartments are well-maintained, and it’s clear that they prioritize residents’ comfort and satisfaction. One of the best perks is the access to the Doral Country Club – it’s such a bonus to have nearby amenities like a beautiful pool, gym, and recreational facilities right at our fingertips. I highly recommend Valencia at Doral for anyone looking for a great place to call home in Doral!

Venice, the girl from the desk provides spectacular attention, between her kindness and the beauty of the place I was enchanted. Valencia at Doral is definitely my best option to live.

Valencia is a safe community and the neighbors are like family. I love the layout of the apartments. The space remains cool even when the AC is off. The pool area feels like a resort and has grilling options and a jacuzzi. The gym is always clean and stays open late and has a vending machine, there's a room you can play your own videos or playlist as you do your workout. The complex also offers Rumba workout or  yoga on a weekly basis. There is a pool table but it's only accessible during office hours. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional and always ready to help. Issues are usually solved in a matter of 3 weeks. The only problem they were not efficient in dealing with is the roaches issues that I have to take care on my own.
There is limited parking spots but most of the time the security agent is glad to find visitors or tenants a spot to park temporarily.
The area is very calm but is located at a walking distance form an urgent care and from several supermarkets and restaurants: Chick Fil-A, The Original Pancake House, Publix, WinnDixie, Doral Steak House, Divieto Ristorante, Master Crepes, Pollo Tropical, Pizza Hut, Dominos.  I truly enjoy living in Valencia

We went to the leasing office to look for information and we were helped by Venecia, she was very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us out. She answered all our questions and dedicated us all the time we needed.

It's not for nothing but the person who designed these parking spaces doesn't have 5 brains.
