Villa Portofino East

Stop deleting my review. This is the worst HOA I’ve ever experienced. No parking. No accommodations for over night parking. The gate is always broken. Security is either on their phones or sleeping.. HOA avoids answering your questions at all costs. We pay all this money on HOA for a gate being broken for 6 months, pool closed the entire summer, and 0 parking spaces for guest (it’s a 2 hour limit parking and there’s only 6 spots) pathetic of a place to live.

You guys keep deleting my reviews! This is wrong. I have been contacting the HOA since June of 2023 because of exterior roofing damage that you are legally responsible for and now my ceiling just broke open because of your negligence!!!!!!!!!!

They took off my originally review because they can't handle the criticism or the low stars. 0 parking.. paying all this association fee for a broken gate. 2 hour limit parking is ridiculous..

Parking is very limited. Not a lot parking for visitors and it's limited to only 2 hours. The common area is kept clean and the landscaping is nice and trimmed. The pool area is comfortable and quiet most times. The rules of the HOA is available for the community the only thing is that its $500 if you want to know the rules. Its a $300+ fine if your driveway is dirty. Overall I like Villa Portofino East and I can deal with all the regulations but would love to have my family and friends visit without the fear of their vehicle being towed.
