I lived for 4 years and I loved the staff and the tenants and if I had to return I would live again, regards to Jorgito from maintenance

Terrible management (ANA MARTINEZ) OLD BEAT UP APARTMENTS... GOOD LUCK ON MAINTENANCE FIXING ANYTHING

Edit - ANA the manager is the worst manager this building complex has had. I’ve been here 4 years and over the 3 managers that they’ve had. She had been the WORST. Unprofessional rude and I have videos to prove.….. Worst place to ever live at. They don’t even deserve my one star rating. Seriously, i wish I could have looked for another place to live before renting with Wellington Manor. My apartment has so many problems that just don’t get resolved because of the lack of interest from the people that work at the association. (By the way, please keep in mind that they also increase your rent every year by $100 or more.) The people that work in the office just don’t care about your problems, they only want the money. There has been a water pipe issue going on for about 2 months and counting and they STILL have not called a plumber. The water will come out boiling hot even when you have your water running cold and these idiots have not done anything to help us. My 8 month old baby got burned because of this issue and they don’t seem to care. My entire building is suffering because of this hot water problem. We can’t even shower in the comfort of our own home because we are constantly getting burned. Another issue here with Wellington Manor is that I can never leave my apartment past 7pm because I will not having a parking spot when I come back. People that don’t live here or are visiting family will take up your spot and stay until late, leaving me to park outside the building by the street or even far from my own apartment complex. I hate this apartment so much, PLEASE IF YOURE READING THIS, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ABOUT RENTING HERE. This place truly sucks and you will live MISERABLE here.

ANA MARTINEZ IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS, NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION.  AS A TENANT HERE YOU WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER.... ALSO I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY AIR CONDITIONER TO BE REPAIRED.... BEEN WAITING SINCE APRIL 15 SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE OPENED A WORK TICKET 🎟.... WHAT A JOKE.... THUMBS 👎I WOULD STAY AWAY.... APARTMENTS ARE OVER 50 YEARS OLD THEY HAVE 1 MAINTENANCE GUY FOR OVER 200 APARTMENTS... JUST BY BAD MANAGEMENT IS ENOUGH TO LOOK ELSE WHERE...YOU WERE WARNED ⚠️

The management is rude and unprofessional. She evicted my friend for false complaints and didn't show any remorse or empathy for him. I do not recommend you live here unless your an old couple that's dying soon.

I do not recommend it at all, they are scammers, they ask you for the money for the application, 150 dollars, and in the end there is no money.

Unreliable tells you what apartment there is for you to give your money and then they tell you that you don't qualify for no reason. The office service is very bad and they are not professional

Very nice apartments and leasing staff very nice and professional.  Recommended highly.

They said on the phone that we can come  see the apartment because we were interested, when we arrived after waiting 20 minutes trying to call them and knocking on the office door they finally answered and said that no that they don’t have anything available to show us when they had told us already on the phone we can come in to tour it.
