Whitehall Condo Association II

We bought our apartment here two years ago.  Back then the HOA was a hot mess… But thankfully they were voted out and we elected new representatives that so far are doing a great job. ( The management company was also changed, so yes, Gloria is gone!!) Not giving it 5 starts because there is still some room for improvements but I am so glad we were able to get our home despite how much of a hard time the old HOA gave us.

Do not move here. The HOA is terrible and the manager Gloria is rude and has no manors. They drag their feet through the approval process and will ask you to submit a new application which will require and ADDITONAL 30 days. She constantly harasses the people who live here and makes it a hostile environment.

Lived here for years (5+) and have nothing good to say. Avoid buying or renting because you'll surely regret it.

I live in the area.I just want people to notice that 2 of the 3 positive reviews are Spanish names,yet people are screaming racism?

Gloria and a lazy HoA. Move there if you want to retire and be harassed for window codes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Gloria is the most unprofessional HOA manager I’ve ever witnessed. She harasses people constantly about things she makes up in her own head, she’s racist as I’ve seen her only target minorities here, and frankly I don’t understand she can’t mind her own business about things that don’t even concern or affect her. Don’t move here or this is what you will have to deal with. Unnecessary drama from a grown woman who has nothing better to do with her life than this.

Extremely rude place. My fiancé and I got denied due to me not having credit. We where promised my credit score would not effect the application they lied to us just to take our money and waisted our time and credit. My fiancé has a credit score above a 700 we where buying in full cash also clean records! the border of detectors are racist and rude extremely disgusting how they treated us.
