It’s an amazing and well maintained community. The maintenance team is very attentive especially Lesly who have been proactive in resolving the issues at my unit.

I just want to say I'm very happy I made the move here. I was living at another property by Windsor and I loved it there, but here at Pembroke Gardens I feel completed. Is perfect for my 2yr old son, we are very lucky and have a gated yard which was the perfect setup to raise our son in a safe community.
We are just 3 minutes walking distance from the The Pembroke Gardens Shops which is perfect for those night walks and grabbing a good tasty bite at one fo the fine restaurant.
The leasing staff is always nice, the maintenance team they are great. I had a battery problem with my vehicle and Leslie was able to help me out one morning. Thank brother..
So far I'm very happy living here. Thank you to the entire staff of Windsor at Pembroke Gardens for doing an amazing job at keep this place I call home on point.

My family and I have been living in Windsor at Pembroke Gardens for about 5 months now, and I can't stress enough how happy we are here! We have one of the units with a huge backyard on the first floor, and this is as close as it gets to having a house for us. The backyard is perfect for my son to run around and have a good time. The location of this building could not be more convenient! Being right at the Pembroke Gardens Shops has been great for going out for walks with my 2-year-old and date nights with my husband without having to drive anywhere.
The girls in the office and maintenance team are amazing! They are always helpful, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met.
The amenities in this building are fantastic! I love having a sauna right at home. If you are looking for luxury and convenience, this is the place for you!

I had the opportunity to live for around 5 years in Winsord Pembroke Gardens, the first when the administration was Altis Pembroke garden was fabulous, but then when it became Winsord and it deteriorated significantly in deterioration, noticing less Mtto staff, excrement and waste of pets in common areas and stop counting; The worst part of my experience was at the end when my annual contract ended because despite being a tenant for 5 years and keeping my contract up to date, without having late fees, they gave me a discount of more than $1,600 on a relationship in which they even charged me for disposing of some furniture in the garbage deposit designated for this, they also charged me very irresponsibly for uninstalling a lamp which I requested if they could uninstall it and deliver it to me, to which they agreed verbally, but then they did not deliver it to me unless which, as they told me, was discarded and the worst thing was, instead of paying me responsibly, they charged me to uninstall the lamp, what a shame and disappointment, if I had known or if they had informed me that this would generate a cost for me, I would uninstall it myself, I lost the lamp and In addition, they charged me for not returning it to me, in the relationship they also charged me for cleaning the apartment, after generating an income for 5 years, at least I expected a consideration which I requested regarding said relationship and I never even received a response, really NO I recommend considering the Windord Pembroke Garden option. Great place to stay, the comple  is clean and modern. Great amenities on the complex and a short walk from the shops,
