After a very focused search for an apart ...
After a very focused search for an apartment in the Pembroke Pines area, I was lucky enough to find Windsor at Pembroke Gardens. The staff and the community are five stars. Kathleen was wonderful and very attentive with her follows ups and check points. Massiel was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she walked me through the community for a detailed tour she also assisted me with my application process as it was being delayed and we were able to uncover an error made in the process. She not only updated it but made sure that the application was processed thoroughly and accurately making the process so much better. I can’t wait to be part of this amazing community and be so rounded by such great staff!

Mascielle Checo is amazing! Upon meeting her, she greeted me with a smile, was professional and equally enthusiastic about the property (she also lives here with her family), was honest about her experience and made the process and experience so wonderful. I now live a few doors down and she is always checking in on me & following up on anything I’ve needed addressed in the property. She always personally invites me to community events & lucky to now call her a neighbor and friend in this great community!
