Nowhere have I felt as good as in this unit. For your tranquility, order and cleanliness. The organization can be seen in how beautiful it is. You also feel security. The manager is a great human being, always attentive to the concerns you have as a resident.

I recently moved in, loving the community so far. The maintenance crew has been quick to address any issues that arose. Daniel and the rest of the crew are an A+ team.

We’ve lived here 17 1/2 years and am dealing with exceptionally noisy neighbors who are getting away with this. I have literally over 100 videotapes of the noise all through the night (and day) and have shared many with the manager and with the neighbors themselves (when the manager wanted me to meet with neighbor in the leasing office). Yet here I am agsin at 12:20 unable to sleep and knowing I have to be up for work in the morning. No resolution to the problem. I was told the neighbors were given a 7 day notice to cure but when they didn’t cure it was okay. Manager wants me understand they’re doing what they can to make ends meet by having a hair business and taking customers upstairs at night, making noise with that, and two very large dogs that have diarrhea. Well it must be 5 months of diarrhea because the noise continues. Doors slamming. Yelling. Completely crazy.  I’m supposed to understand that the manager says there’s nothing she can do because it’s equal opportunity housing for the dogs and they’re very sweet like puppies. Her opinion. They’re huge and loud and out of control.  It’s enough.  Completely unacceptable by any means. Worst few months of my 17 1/2 years here. No resolution whatsoever. Unprofessional. This is a management issue. Terrible service. Such a shame because the look of the community was cleaned up, but the marijuana smoke pours in and nothing is done about anything.  It all starts at the top.

The apartments here are incredible. They’re spacious, modern, and by South Florida standards, surprisingly affordable. I was beyond thrilled to find that my unit came with a little garage — perfect for someone like me who has plenty of belongings to store neatly. It’s the kind of thoughtful touch that makes life here just a little easier and a lot better.
The facilities? Top-notch. The pool area looks like it’s straight out of a luxury resort, complete with crystal-clear water and beautifully maintained lounging areas. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The gym is well-equipped, the clubhouse is inviting, and every corner of the property is impeccably maintained. The grounds are lush and green, with beautiful landscaping that makes it feel like a private oasis.
The maintenance team is nothing short of amazing. Anytime I’ve needed assistance — and it’s rare because everything is so well-built and maintained — they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Their professionalism and dedication to residents set this community apart.
Now, let me take a moment to rave about Jennifer McCarthy, the property manager. Jennifer is simply phenomenal. She’s professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She’s created a community where people feel welcome, heard, and supported. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She’s easily the best property manager I’ve ever encountered.
But it’s not just the apartment complex that’s incredible — the area around Windsor Coral Springs is equally fantastic. It’s a super convenient location with everything you could possibly need just minutes away. There are parks galore, perfect for a relaxing stroll or an afternoon picnic. Shopping is a breeze, with tons of retail options nearby, from charming local boutiques to big-name stores. And here’s the kicker: there are TWO Costcos within easy driving distance! For someone who loves stocking up on essentials and great finds, this is a dream come true.
The location also offers easy access to great restaurants, entertainment, and schools, making it ideal for families, young professionals, and everyone in between. It truly feels like the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience.
One last thing that deserves a special shoutout is the internet service. AT&T provides blazing-fast and incredibly reliable internet here. Whether you’re working from home, streaming movies, or gaming, you’ll never have to worry about slow speeds or downtime. And parking? There’s plenty of it, so no need to stress about finding a spot.
Windsor Coral Springs is more than just an apartment — it’s a place where you feel at home, cared for, and part of a vibrant community. Moving here has been one of the best decisions of my life, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that goes above and beyond in every way.
