Exceptional team at Windsor Coral Springs! I have been here 5+ years, they are very professional, their dedication to customer satisfaction truly shines through. The maintenance team, consisting of Daniel, Angel, and Edmar, went above and beyond to ensure that any issue I encountered with my unit was promptly addressed and resolved. Their responsiveness and expertise were truly extraordinary, and I always felt confident that my concerns were being taken care of efficiently.
Not only did the maintenance team address individual issues with diligence, but they also demonstrated a commitment to overall safety and maintenance within the community. Their dedication to ensuring unit safety contribute to the peace of mind of all residents, creating a welcoming and secure environment.

The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. In particular, I want to highlight an incident where I accidentally dropped my keys into the trash compactor. Daniel Perez, the maintenance manager, went above and beyond, even on his day off, to assist me and get me in contact with the on-site maintenance team member on duty. Despite the inconvenience, Angel Manzano swiftly retrieved my keys within minutes. Their dedication and swift action saved me from a potentially stressful situation, and I couldn't be more grateful.
This level of dedication and exceptional service is a testament to the professionalism and commitment of the entire Windsor Living Community team. From routine maintenance tasks to unexpected emergencies, they consistently exceed expectations!

Great experience ever from Frantz Emmanuel

Ofelia was the best costumer service representative I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to give me a copy of my receipt because the dry cleaners lost my dress. She just went above for me and I really appreciate it. She even put a dress to the side for me to come back and purchase just in case the cleaners didn’t have my dress. I will be coming back and looking for her. Best winsdor ever!!!!!!!

I have been living here for almost a year and I love it, it is quiet and a great place to live. The maintenance group is the best!! They are always there when needed and respond quickly to solve any problem that arises in the apartment! Very honest, reliable, respectful and provide one A service. I really highly recommend this place to live, all the staff is professional and they provide solutions to any problem that may arise. Thank you Daniel for always being there responding with professionalism, and to your group, to solve any problem… Awesome place and people

We've been at this community for the last 3 years and saw many negative and positive changes.  However this year has been the best year yet: the regard for the residents, the cleanliness of the community and the garbage situation under control. They just completed a beautification project with a repaint and it looks great. The outdoor lighting has been brightened which makes things so much safer. The grounds and amenities are very well maintained. Maintenance Dept is prompt, accommodating and so personable. Residents are quiet and respectful for the most part. Recently some of the office staff moved on but the newer ones have been friendly and helpful so far.  All on all this is is a wonderful place to live.

Great place to call home, the whole staff is great. I  would definitely recommend this community to call home. The work orders, has always been done swiftly.

Great community, great team. Used to live here I just moved and I will give it to the maintenance team who are great at their job, if you had any issues they would fix it right away and if you need it something from them they were always there to help you out with any issues.
About the community everything is around when it come to supermarket.
