Bright, Spacious, and Modern!!!!!!! My apartment gets tons of natural light, and the layout makes it feel so open. I’ve had zero issues since moving in—definitely recommended.

This place holds great memories, and was one of the places I enjoyed living at for the lifestyle and location, being on the water and walk able to both Las Olas and the Beaches. The management and tenants were all good people, and the street was very safe, and did not seem to flood verses other areas on the south side of town.

Right on the water where i can park my boat and also has a pool which is nice all year round. not much more I could ask for.
