10X Weston

My family and I have lived in this complex for more than 4 years and to date our stay has been very positive, it has an excellent location, the place is very safe, quiet, the maintenance in general is excellent, the green areas are always impeccable, I think what should be improved is the street lighting part. As for the administrative staff, they are always friendly and willing, especially María Malpica, who is super attentive and provides unbeatable treatment. The maintenance manager is always attentive and his staff in charge is very effective when it comes to carrying out the relevant repairs, whenever I have requested them they have resolved my problems in record time. I feel very happy and satisfied to live here and for my part I make an excellent recommendation.

The condominium is highly recommended, the administrative staff, Mrs. Dufai and María m, are always attentive and willing to solve any problem. The facilities are always clean and safe.

We recently moved to 10x Weston, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! The application process was smooth and stress-free, and the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is so attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The community is safe and perfect for kids, which is a huge plus for us. The only challenge has been guest parking – it's tough to find a spot when my mom or MIL comes to help with the little ones. However, Mary has been an absolute lifesaver with all other things! She has helped us with almost everything and is just amazing. Highly recommend this community!
