2080 Ocean Drive Condo

The gym in this building has had a broken TV for 2 weeks, the machines are dirty and the people are very rude. Then you tell the people at the front desk and they don't listen to you.

Dealing with Albert Lazo from the 2080 ocean condominium is absolutely frustrating. I have been trying to get a problem solved for more than 2 years. He is never available, never calls back, never a solution. The repairs are incomplete or none at all. His inefficiencies have cost me over 20000 dollars in lost property and expenses to the point that I already started litigation against the association and the inefficiency of the lack of work. I pay $1615 a month for no landscaping, no maintenance and no answer when repairs have been needed. I brand new a/c unit and a new impact resistant door that now have concrete all over because there was never any supervision when the sidewalks were redone and were done incorrectly.  Extremely frustrating and no solution in sight.

I love the staff at 2080. They are always helpful and warm. The assistant manager Gabriella Eldik is amazing and does a great job handling all of the needs of the property owners as well as all of the renters. It is a well run operation. I am sure you will love your stay here.
