Old tenant for 3 years. Elevator has been broken for a whole year. Hallways carpet are  gross and stinks. Don’t expect your deposit back after moving out. Admin is very bad and non-responsive.

Typical melo group building, elevators break daily and building has zero maids or security.

This is ridiculous, for more than a year we cannot count on the three elevators being functional and I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes for the elevators, this is ridiculous.

The people are nice and the views are great, but you will never get your deposit back. Consider it part of your move-in cost. We professionally cleaned the entire apartment unit and that didn't work.

Thank you to the staff, specially to the Property Manager for making sure the building is clean and safe during this pandemic.  I enjoy living here and the office always takes care of requests and repairs in a  timely manner.  I'm planning to extend my lease.  Thank you!  Apt 2801
