Management of this building is absolutely THE WORST. No wish to help and provide nice service. People from the main office are so unkind with no manners and very bad attitude to clients. Urban 22 is much much better option, there will at least treat you with respect.

Guy working front desk ignoring me as a delivery driver just standing outside on the phone... literally standing right next to me ignoring me. After 10 minutes he finally let's me in. Needs to understand his job is not to talk on the phone to his girlfriend

Unfortunately I do not have words to express my dissatisfaction and contempt with the administration and staff of this place. They lack manners and professionalism. They never help absolutely anything with the needs of residents or visitors. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't go or live in this place.
