People need to stop fear mongering. This building didn’t collapse and it’s not in any way shape or form in any danger of collapsing, whatsoever. It’s a new building, built to modern safety standards, much better than the collapsed ones 80s standards and doesn’t have years and years of serious neglect. If anything it’s one of the safest buildings to be in, because the owners won’t want a repeat of what happened right next door on their hands.

Just wanted to stand up for this condominium and others in the area against all of those spreading unjust fear and scrutiny. What happened next door to this building was a preventable RARE tragedy that should never of happened. Many lessons will hopefully be learned from it. This location and many others nearby dont deserve to be slandered or dragged into something they are not responsible for or had anything to do with.

Has a relatively unobstructed view of the northern sky. The area's a bit noisy though—seems to be a lot going on.

Very sturdy and strong buildings! Will probably never collapse!
