This place takes the highest tier for the worst place to possibly live in, approval process was too easy and quick, display unit was to be expected picture perfect until you finally get the keys to the place and it's not move in ready, we had a rat live in our unit before moving in, our pet caught it luckily, zero preventative maintenance around exterior of the building or any due diligence on behalf of the community and its responsibilities to its residents. Every single appliance, switch, or any thing as simple as a cabinet has been on its last legs needing to be replaced. On 2 seperate occasions I needed a lawyer to submit a letter stating I had the right to withhold rent due to no actions were taken as per my maintenance request on numerous occasions regarding the same topics were ignored to make my unit habitable or any of the in unit basic features that were included. I have sinks collapsing on occasion. I have my dishwasher leaking and rotting on the wood in all the near by cabinets. I have paint peeling off all the walls which they were notified numerous times and work orders put on pause but offering no communication. My bath tub apparently was leaking onto the first floor, they had an associate come fix it and repaint it, a few weeks later all the paint peeled off and no one has come by to address it. WE PAY FOR PEST CONTROL WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT, BUT HAVE SEEN THE PEST CONTROL TECH NOT MORE THAN 5 TIMES, zero preventative and maintenance around the property, he had the audacity to tell my wife to go buy pesticide and to spray our front door areas. All in all If you like paying 2100-2200 a month to have every maintenance request done at the speed of the DMV or unless you have a good lawyer who can provide 7 day notice to withhold rent due to the following.
