This is a beautiful, well looked after, clean condomium with friendly people who always say hello on the elevators. Not to mention the stunning views particularly on New Years.

I don't understand the negative reviews. ...
I don't understand the negative reviews. This condo is kept immaculate inside and out. The pool area is comparable to any high end resort and any issue that arrises ie. elevators, ac etc is fixed in a very timely manner.
