I was at this building today at 8 pm, and at the entrance, there were two parking clerks - one older and one younger. The younger one reeked of alcohol and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was swearing and being extremely disrespectful to my driver.

I do not recommend this place at all due to the bad treatment I had from Junior in the valet parking, to whom I let him know that I was staying in apartment 1218 and having already parked and he had even given me the ticket with the time of entry, I He said that the vehicle was not going to receive me because I was going to the beach, to which I insisted that I was staying and until my sister came with the key he did not let me enter and even raised his voice at me repeatedly. Totally unpleasant situation. They could put more trained staff to talk to guests. I do not recommend

The Alexander Towers is an apartment building in which there are permanent residents and others who rent temporarily. The back part has a large area where the heated pool, a jacuzzi, and an indoor lounge area, tables and chairs are located. From that place you have direct access to the beach. It has a gym and valet parking.
Hallandale Beach opposite. Very good location close to shops and restaurants.

Great place to live and rent.
