This is a phenomenal building in the heart of coral gables at miracle mile. Meticulously clean with a beautiful fountain and top tier staff. A true hidden gem!

Old building with very old people. The council wants to keep it that way, not even the fast internet connection from Google they want to have, prefer to pay a lot extra to Comcast Xfinity. Recently the changed all carpets and had the walls painted - it looks AWFUL.
The good part is the 24/7 front desk, well equipped gym, and pool tables. Maintenance is impecable everywhere you look. I bet if they wanted to modernize the place it's apartment prices would go much higher since the location is perfect for Coral Gables!
There is a huge water fountain in the official entry of the building but it suits nobody. They could build a pool there and would be much better, but, once more, everybody there is old so maybe not this time.
