The most high end development in South of Fifth. With only 67 units and 22 floors, with the smallest units being 3 beds around 3,000 square feet and penthouses closer to double that. Has a lovely pool, cabanas, and concierge+valet. Located off South Pointe Park. Call me to buy, sell, or lease!

Amazing building. Funny the reviews about security. People actually expect to hang out on the property as they’re walking by just because it’s raining, the average unit is 15 mil. Owners want and deserve privacy and security.

The Valet Parking service is dedicated to reserving spots on the front sidewalk for friends without physically having the car there. The employee is Colombian, I don't know his name, but I don't think the front sidewalk is among his job. Leaves a lot to be desired.
