Aqua-Mar Condominium Apartments

Condo 1 is vintage 1974 do not rent it. Has barely the minimum for a long stay. The art of furnishing a condo unit with run me downs. However the complex is perfect in terms of situation and right by the inter coastal. If you rent here try to get a renovated unit.

Golden Girls decor and vibe, beds are not the best, but the lady who oversees the place is lovely and it is kept very clean!  The canal side is lovely, enjoyed the pool, they provide washer and dryer on site,  but remember to plug in the washer,  as someone likes to unplug it.  The condo unit provides all you need for dishes and cooking,  but I would suggest you bring a scrubbie, extra dish and t-towels (they provide 2), kleenex and paper towels as they are not provided. They do provide 2 beach chairs and one beach towel each, and fresh towels are twice a week. Really lovely place, easy to walk to the beach.  We had a lovely week!

We were booked in Daytona Beach but had to look elsewhere due to hurricane Ian and luckily found Aqua-Mar Condos. With some decor updating would give a 5 star. The place is very clean. Towels changed twice weekly. Bedding changed weekly. 2 BBQ’s onsite. Full kitchen without a dishwasher. Large flatscreen in living area and small flatscreen in bedroom. We were in #23 1 bedroom deluxe corner room on 2nd floor. Really fun to watch the boats in the canal. Saturday nights especially big party boats with lots of great music. Walking distance to a Publix and Walgreens. Just a couple minutes walk to Pompano Beach. There were 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella in the bedroom closet. Lady in the office very friendly and helpful. There was a little construction ongoing making some days noisy on the balcony.

A place to have a good time with the family

I and my wife, stayed here for 18 days, and we loved this place . Everything is clean, the garden , and the pool are very pleasant places to watch the boat and yacht parades. We always use the barbecue with this beautiful view. We loved it so much that we return to this condo for another 38 days. I recommend it, We really enjoyed the facilities of room 2 . Your manager is very friendly and always ready to help us.

Absolutely beautiful, wonderful place to stay! We just spent 9 days w/our family of four, June 2017. Much less expensive than the hotels around the area & you have more room & amenities. Sandra, the property manager is professional, but very nice & laid back. You can tell she really takes pride in keeping her property kept up & providing her guests w/an enjoyable, superb experience. The property sits right on the intracoastal so the view is incredible. The beach is a block away, about a 4 minute walk.
We stayed in a one bedroom w/living room & kitchen. Our oldest daughter slept on the pull out sofa & our youngest slept with us in the large king bed. They have direct tv & wifi.
The condos & grounds are immaculate, very well kept. They have grills for guest to use, a laundry room & an amazing heated pool, warm & right on the intracoastal. We spent a lot of time in the pool & on the beach. There were some nights we stayed in the pool until after 1am, as pool hours are from dusk til dawn.
In our condo were lounge chairs & umbrellas for our use. In the laundry room there were sand/beach toys for guest use & I thought that was such a nice, personal touch. Our daughter took some to the beach to play with, we didn't have to spend money on a bunch of toys we couldn't bring home on our flight, we borrowed them & brought them back. There's also shelves of books to borrow, puzzles & games.
It was just an absolutely wonderful week staying at Aquamar & we will be back on our next trip because we love the Pompano Beach/Ft Lauderdale area & Aquamar is a 20 min drive from the airport. We highly recommend giving this place a try & will recommend it to our friends & family. Thank you Sandra for an incredible visit! It was very clean, quiet & absolutely beautiful!
