My time at Art Square Hallandale Beach has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, my apartment was plagued with severe mold issues, turning my living space into a health hazard. The extent of the problem led to a hospitalization due to mold exposure, highlighting the dire conditions of this property. Despite my persistent attempts to communicate the urgency of the situation with the management, they callously ignored my pleas and offered nothing more than superficial, temporary solutions. As a result, not only did my health suffer, but my personal belongings were irreparably damaged by the rampant mold infestation.
The sheer lack of responsibility, accountability, and empathy from the management is nothing short of appalling. They not only neglected their duty to provide a habitable living environment but also disregarded my well-being entirely. Art Square Hallandale Beach has proven to be a negligent and hazardous place to reside. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this property at all costs."

Good place to live, super quiet, I have been living here for 2 months and it is super nice. Rubí, the girl from the condominium administration, is an excellent person and tries to solve all the problems and doubts that one may have as a resident, she is always available to help.

Everything is excellent, the staff is incomparable, thanks to everyone, especially Ruby, who shines in her efforts!

I had a disappointing experience living at Art Square. The noise levels were consistently high, the common areas were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The management was unhelpful, and despite multiple requests, I never received a parking sticker or keys to the stairwell, which made daily life more challenging. They also didn't return my full deposit and refused to specify any reasoning when legally they are required to. Our apartment was left in great condition.
