First, let me start by saying what you see online is nothing compared to the in person look. This building is beautiful! The aesthetics is top tier! You will literally fall in love the moment you walk in the building. The leasing staff is very attentive & welcoming! Paulina is amazing! She was patient & informative throughout the whole process of me touring and applying.
Last, but not least the concierge from the morning (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful and nice. I also met Ace the PM concierge and he was friendly, informative on the amenities & very welcoming. I truly have nothing bad to say about Arvella!! The staff here is amazing!!

I visited Arvella this past weekend and had an incredible experience thanks to the Assistant Manager, Dailenys. She went above and beyond throughout our entire tour. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I don’t understand why a new apartment building does not have competente personnel. Been trying to reach a human for 2 weeks straight and absolutely no one has ever taken the chance to even respond to voicemails. I understand AI is in but to complete ignore potential tenants is beyond rude. I can imagine if I had a real emergency as a tenant. Si for that alone you lost my business.
