Worst place I've lived! never rent here! COCKROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE AND ADMINISTRATION DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. Everywhere is dirty. The gate never works. every week at 8 am they start cutting the grass. I repeat once again this is the worst place to live. in my apartment there were about 200 cockroaches. I moved out early because they don't fix the cockroach problem and they want me to pay them about $2000 for it. Only one who works there is Jorge. he needs to be made a manager there and then something can change, everyone else doesn’t give a damn about you!

The office manager rents out a parking space from 6 pm to 9 pm to a big food truck. Food truck parks under balconies and smell burnt oil and make noise from the industrial compressor. This place looks like a GETTO now. Roosters screaming all day and early morning very noisy.

The management is terrible, there is no water since 1 pm . The office closed and turned off their telephone that residences can’t reach them out. It’s 8:27 pm now.

Management in this place is Horrible, they have broken fences at all times, people from other neighborhoods come in and out as they please and use the pool and just leave garbage and damage everything, there’s is NO security Never só THEFT IS A REGULAR THING, cars get broken in all the time in a regular basis and management does nothing to fix the issues, Avesta apartment just smell like garbage and common areas are just filthy , they have raise the rent significantly and this place is just Not wort it, it’s got potential but management has run this place down to the ground

Don’t move in here. The leasing process was laughably horrible. I only completed the process as I was/am in a time pinch.
Jorge in the front office is the most incapable person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a professional capacity.
Master bathroom has paint dumped all over the shower tile floor, with pubic hair dried in it.
When I emailed management to bring it to their attention, I found out that the manager had blocked my email.
It’s actually kind of mind blowing people can have any pride in themselves conducting business in this way.

I never been there

I was a resident and fortunately I found a very nice apartment in Bay  Harbor Islands, a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Twice somebody was trying to broke my door to still from me. Roaches in everywhere, elevator broken all of the time, noise, people fighting, police going all of the time. The gate broken and dark, trash in everywhere. I have my parking and I paid for that and constantly other people were taking it so I need to call all of the time the towing truck. The price high and now is ridiculous. I am very happy to left. I do not recommend this place for anybody if is decent and clean. Is this info sounds familiar to you?
