Building and grounds are clean, units are lovely with a view to die for.

I  need to make a comment about the valet at Azure. His name is Fabio, one of the people that provides the valet services for Azure.
I always look at my car to make sure it car has no scratches at the beginning and at the end of my visit to my clients.
The valet guy Fabio was very rude to me because he asked me for $2 tip and I didn’t have cash on me.
He felt insulted first that I looked around to check my car for scratches, and then again because I didn’t have the cash for him.
He was very rude, and in the end the threatened me by saying if I ever go back there that I can’t valet my car.
The concierge heard and saw everything. I have proof of it if ever needed.
I never been so insulted. Terrible customer service by this valet guy.
I am a massage therapist and I always have to valet my car everywhere I go.
I had issues in the past with valet people scratching my car, and even hitting my car. It is my right to check for scratches and to take the proper measures in case that ever happen again.
My clients are always responsible for valet fees so I tried to explain to him, and he replied with a rude answer saying it is my responsibility to give him cash when in reality the valet was complimentary.
I even tried to look for cash but I didn’t have, and went back inside the building to let him know, and that is when he threatened me saying I can’t park there anymore.
Insane.
