Balmoral Apartments

We are a co-op and I am an owner. We are an over 55 community and the location is close to everything. You do not need a car. The bus stop is across the street or walk to Washington Street and 5th for major bus routes. We have gated entrances and cameras for security.
We have a washer and dryer coin operated at the back of building. The co-op pays the water. Parking unfortunately, is little but you can get a parking permit from the city so you can park on the street.
The beach is 11/2 block away.
It is hot in the summer but no hotter then other places. At least you get the ocean breeze.
