the staff is amazing. Chris is a very nice manager explains things very well makes you feel very comfortable. Ro AND Diana also is amazing at helping in the front office and answering the phones and assisting with applications and questions you want answered. highly recommend Bayan Lakes.

HOA is terrible. Lady in office with terrible attitude, very rude . Not recommend at all. Our parents visit us when kids has break , we when to work and my kids with grandparents when to pool , she like crazy run out of office and almost start fight , kids start crying, terrible, and day before I introduce my mom to her and ask if it’s ok that she will come , she with fake smile say yes , and next day did what she did , and block our pool pass for two weeks! Terrible woman , and HOA ! Stay away rental and investor !
