I am a resident here and dealing with the management for over six months to fix the washing machine issue. I have not gotten anywhere with them after repeatedly complaining about this issue. I have to walk over to building 4 to do my laundry and I live in the first building! It’s been countless wasted time and money and I wonder how many more ppl have wasted their time and hard earned money. They are very quick to remind you of your Hoa dues but not so quick to do their part ! Hopefully this review will get their attention I have contacted First Service Mangnt company as well and they said it’s out of their hands then let me understand this why are they the management company ?
