Bay Pointe is a great place to live. We moved in when everything was very new and there were some issues with the apartments and elevators, but the maintenance team fixed them quickly and efficiently. The pool was recently damaged, but repairs began immediately, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of residents. The facilities are kept in good condition, and the office staff is always friendly and polite, attending to any request with professionalism. The community is quiet and well-kept, making the experience of living here very pleasant.
