Bay View Palms

Worst place to live do not recommend. Management does not care about you.  It's never no parking. When you move in they lie to say you will have 1 assigned parking spot but it's never no parking. In reality you have no parking spots as a tenant. It's always flooding there and neighbors are rude and racist. Me and my husband lived there for 1 year and it was nothing but problems.

Thinking about moving here? Don’t. Big roaches roaming the hallways.
There is no assigned parking- so most residents park are forced across the street or in the underground garage that floods really bad when it rains.
Laundry room floods so the floor is muddy and gross.
The building is absolutely infested with mold. You can smell it when you walk in.
This place needs to be torn down. It is not safe for people or pets to live there.

Do not even consider to move here unless you want to get your car tow and see mold and roaches all over your apartment. Old guy from maintenance loves to open doors without concern they have your keys so get ready to see people inside your apartment when you’re sleeping. Margarita is the worst she’s the most unprofessional person I ever met . Don’t even want to talk about what she did to me. I’m so glad I’m out of this place . Just do yourself a favor and think about all the people who says the same things on all the reviews and get away from this place !!!!  Parking is a pain everytime you have visitors believe me so your research and see it for yourself before moving or you’ll be unhappy .
