Bay Village 1

If you want to look for a place to live you should really consider this rental community! Every time I speak to Jessy she provides a phenomenal customer service, always welcoming and always willing to help you with any questions or anything you may need for your apartment.

Bay Village 1 exceeded my expectations. The well-maintained community provided a peaceful living environment, and manager Jessy's prompt communication and dedication to resident satisfaction made the experience exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great place to live. I’ve been a tenant for the last 2 years and I’m very satisfied with the building, amenities, events for each holidays and not to mention the quality of customer service that everyone at the leasing office has. Maintance is great and really fast if something breaks. It feels like having a family. Thank you Bay Village 1 for the great work!!

I completely fell in love with the 2-bedroom apartment set-up and amenities I was shown during my tour. Samantha was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. I am currently searching in the area, but this location is at the top of my list because of its beautiful apartments incredible amenities, and friendly staff.

I am in love with this place, I have been a resident for several years not only because of how beautiful this building is but also because of its workers, one of them is Omar Gonzalez, this young man has been very attentive to me and Cortez is always willing to help with whatever the residents need. In addition to doing his job well, he maintains the areas of the building with excellent cleanliness and everything collected outside the condominium. If you need a nice place to live, I recommend this villa village 1

I’m so glad I moved out of this complex!! While the building is nice and the location is fairly convenient, management was an absolute nightmare to deal with! The staff were friendly but they always gave me the run around when I had a problem. It would take weeks to get anything resolved with them. My first unit flooded multiple times. I had issues with the assigned parking from the day I moved in. Residents constantly trash the elevator and various amenities. Among many other problems. And on top of all of this, they are never in the office or available when you need them. Four other residents were moving out at the same time as I did, which speaks to the downfalls this building has. I would definitely NOT recommend living here and would suggest to look elsewhere and only rent here as a last resort!!! Hopefully they can fix these issues soon! Shame because this building could be great with better management.
