Lived here for 3 years. Do not rent from apartment 5Q. The landlord is horrendously cheap and there was mold in the apartment which she refused to fix. There is mold in the hallways especially in the summertime but the landlord refused to fix the mold within the apartment.

The condo, especially part facing the bay is striking! It's the best deal in zip code 33160 and as a rental and as a sale! It's facing multi million dollars eastern shores Villas and the bay area! Finally, we are expecting to get new elevators and other improvements. There was only 1 apartment being sold facing the bay and villas after 2005, on the second floor. Those apartments, facing the bay, are kept for ever and there is no way you can get anything for the same price, with the same view, even if you are ready to spent $300K or even $400k in 2023 !!!
