Great spot to teach tennis. Nice shaded court as it sits above the parking garage on the north side of the building. A little bit of wind but that’s normal when you play on a rooftop next to water. It’s a hard court in good condition nice vinyl fencing and seating area. Be careful walking staircase to enter courts as it is steep incline and tricky descent as well steps are small (hold the railing old man!!)
Naturally, to play here you need to live here or be invited as a guest like I was as a tennis instructor.

Very beautiful building.  The doormen are also always nice and helpful.  It is a pleasure to live here.
