Berkshire Lauderdale by the Sea Apartments

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING TO LIVE HERE. A wonderful place to live, where we feel safe and loved by everyone here. We notice that everyone works hard to keep the place always clean, safe, and enjoyable. I want to express my sincere thanks because my family and I are loving this experience. I don't remember the names of everyone involved, but I want to thank Danika very much for her excellent service and help throughout the process. I also want to thank the guys who assisted us with the move, and the cleaning ladies who are always very kind. God bless each one who makes this place a wonderful place to live.

The business office doesn’t answer the phone. They allow dogs, which is nice, but they cannot keep up with the number of dogs using the very limited potty areas. The elevators and lobby area smell like dog urine even though they seem to clean daily. Too many residents do not pick up after their dogs and the sidewalks were often lined with dog poop. The interior hallways smelled of marijuana, and the garbage shoots were regularly blocked, stuffed to capacity making the hallways smell like garbage. The walls are really thin, and we unfortunately were privy to several domestic disputes.

“Berkshire Lauderdale by the Sea “ its absolutely beautiful property, well maintained super sparkling clean, staff always welcome and friendly, the property manager Danika and her assistant Keiera will make sure you’re at the very peaceful and safe property, they are on the top for any request,  doors always open for guest and residents l love everyone here. Maintenance staff and housekeeping always hands on since 7:00 am    l personally have very satisfying experience Thank you Jesus for always smiling and immediately attending requests ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

I really like the community. It’s very quiet and the residents are very friendly. One of the things I like the most is the exercise and yoga classes

Only a few miles away from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants Plenty of parking in the garage so you don't have to worry about people parking too close to your vehicle
You'll find yourself waiting awhile for the elevator to the parking garage since there is only one for the entire building. If someone is moving in then you have a huge issue because you'll need to take the stairs and carry all your belongings up the stairs.
If tenants use the other elevators, then they still have to venture outside and use the stairs to get to the other parking garage which isn't feasible when  you have kids, groceries, and so forth.
The maintenance staff leaves messes when they fix things.  They show up quick but I would expect everything to be left the same way that it was found.
The elevators constantly smell unless you take them when the office is opening because the cleaning lady cleans them daily. This is due to people not properly cleaning up after their pets
The floors and walls are thin.  I had to deal with people constantly dragging their furniture above me every day.   Also the dogs barking are insane.  I love dogs but the constant barking when owners are not home shouldn't be allowed.
It's a non smoking property and I feel it should be enforced. On certain floors, you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways.  Certain tenants are messy and leave trails of sticky stuff when disposing of their garbage.
