Amazing property and amenities with even better management and event coordinators!! It’s like living in a resort. There’s everything you could want and more. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grills, club room, office space, coffee, and vibes. Every month, they host 2 community events that are so fun and relevant to the month we’re in. I absolutely love it here.

Great apartment community with very nice amenities.  Have lived on the 8th floor over looking a gorgeous pool, hot tub and BBQ area.  Extremely quite  building day and night.  Friendly people all very respectful of one another. Extremely safe area, convenient to all and close enough to all that the Fort  Lauderdale area has to offer while at the same time being away from the tourist crowds and noise.  FLL is a mere 25 - 35 mins minutes, MIA about 50 -60 mins.
The maintenance staff particularly Paul and Jesus are super stars.  Issues are quick to be resolved .  These guys take pride in their work and it shows.  Often following up to ask if all is ok.
Recent  new property management has introduced a breath of fresh air into the community and is actively promoting social events for the tenants.  Parking is plentiful and secure both reserved and non-reserved.
The apartments themselves are larger than most in the area and have been very well maintained.   The one I am in has more storage than most other apt buildings in the area.  Huge walk-in closets and other closets spaces as well.   Appliances are newer, granite counters in kitchen and both baths.
Nice place to live.

Just moved into the complex from MI. The manager, Stacy, and Anthony were amazing to work with and helpful during the whole process. I had actually never seen the unit before but felt comfortable moving into this place. Stacy went the extra mile to make sure I saw the unit before. The residents I have come across all seem very nice. Great location, stores/food walking distance.  Excited to be a part of the community!

Tired to do a self guided tour. No keys in the box, no one in leasing offices, no one answers any phone. Waited 30 minutes and left 🤷

The new management is excellent. Any issues are immediately addressed and their communication is excellent. The event coordinators are true professionals and make living here so much fun.
I hope to stay for many more years.
