I just moved here and I would not recomm ...
I just moved here and I would not recommend, please don’t move here, when you first come they’ll show you and walk with you. All of it is a facade. They never have hot water. I went to the office nothing was done. I only have hot water in the middle of the day at night and in the morning the water is ice cold. You put a work order they come and look, leave without doing anything or just say the water would have to be cold during office hours like what when you guys close at 5 PM. Nonsense. I can’t keep on showering with cold water like this. It’s unacceptable. And they’re going to tell me no one is complaining about it but me. Wth.

Cecilia is the best ever. She has been so kind and helpful and understanding. Has always assisted me with finding solutions to any issues that may arise. I truly hope she stays in our community. Her energy, professionalism and emphathy to others is so important to have!

Living in this complex is a disaster; an ...
Living in this complex is a disaster; anyone from the street can come in and use the pool, and there’s no security. When they show you the apartment for rent, it’s well-maintained, with doors that have security tokens, but they end up renting you a different one where the doors don’t have any tokens. There’s also a lot of trash and a lack of care.

I lived here for 3 years and had a posit ...
I lived here for 3 years and had a positive experience. I loved the location and amenities the community offered. The office staff and maintenance were always responsive. Whole foods, Starbucks, and shopping centers nearby made it feel convenient and easy to get essentials. My building was quiet, clean, and I had no issues. I will always recommend this complex to friends and friends.

The leasing office staff has been very helpful and courteous since the day I moved in especially Cecilia & Jorge. The maintenance team is very quick to come out and repair anything once a request is submitted.
