Excellent condominium, green areas, and very clean public areas, friendly staff.

Loved the service that Safi the concierge from 5th Avenue brings to Biscayne 112.  She’s always so eager to help and with a smile on her face! We love her!

Safi, the concierge, is Amazing! Very attentive and really cares about how people feel when they walk into the building. She’s so helpful!

The Security was extremely helpful & very polite. Beautiful place!

Haven't been here in years and wasn't sure it was still open.  The parking lot was packed, but there was plenty of seating.  Wings were great as I remembered them.  Also had Poutine for the first time and that was great.  Staff was friendly and service was prompt.

I love coming to this condo because my friend lives here and Safira always has a good attitude and gives me attention, with a smile and good attitude, I recommend this place if you want to live here, the amenities are the best and the facilities are new

The place is good for what I was looking for as a home. It is worth highlighting the good professionalism of Safira as the Receptionist of this place!

Safira de fifth avenue is so nice

Avoid this building like the plague. Break ins, thefts. Management are non existent. Don’t let the pictures fool you! In response to the message from Biscayne Management:
There is absolutely nothing you take seriously at this building. Julio’s ‘there is nothing we can do about it’ is a common joke around the building.
ZERO security, no cameras, with doors and garage gates constantly left wide open. Dog poo and broken glass surround the building, It is no wonder the building has attracted Chanel 10 coverage due to the ongoing issues surrounding break ins and thefts. You should be embarrassed, I know I am!
The photos of your package thieves on these reviews should be enough to inform future residents that this building is a MUST AVOID until such times Greystar and Onsite Management are replaced.
Try your best to stop replying to these reviews with ‘thank you for your concerns’, as a management company, it is shameful the way you treat the residents and the building in general.
Perhaps the new year can be an opportunity for you to DO BETTER!

Had the pleasure to tour Biscayne 112 and met the most friendliest and knowledgeable Property Manager  named Melanie. She was very polite and informative and made me feel right at home.
