I waited forever for an appointment that I was scheduled for. Nobody ever came outside to get us. I found out they cross booked a meeting over my scheduled appointment. Unprofessional.

Disgusting management! They are not taking care of anything just chiling around until they finish their shift, This is a big company and big project but management even deserve 1 star!! They are just walking around whole day Tiana , Melanie whole office members needs to change as soon as possible. This is kind of joke!

Terrible expirience. Paid 600$ to be ignored for 10 days, past the point of potential approval. Never received an offer letter or denial, or any documentation of any sort. Do not spend money here unless you like to gamble, they rush you through the application process and then ghost you. I will be pursuing legal action if I'm not refunded for this experience and anyone who wishes to read more about this please contact the BBB as I have already started an investigation and I'm sure they can corroborate the information. Anyone else also experiencing similar problems please reach out so I can put you in touch with my legal team, this company needs to be held accountable for their actions and I'll need support from anyone else taken advantage off by this management. Sincerely, disappointed.

I went for my 2:30 tour, which I got there at 2:12pm. Only to walk and took to take a seat. I thought my appointment at front was at 2pm, which the person at the front desk was nice but didn’t check because I know I had an appointment today. I was told staff was helping another person because I was late! How was I late if my appointment was at 2:30pm???? I left at 2:34pm as they were helping someone else. What was the point to booking an appointment if no one was there to help me!!! Then I had to do the walk though by myself, not welcoming at all. I definitely will not be back and will not be interesting in leaving here.

Very bad experience, very rude management, feels like the management doing for you a favor to have you at the Community, never saw treatment like that for the residents.

My husband and I went to tour this building. The tour started at the top of the building showcasing a specialty floor with additional outdoor spaces for all residents on that floor. We were then shown the model, so pretty but of course because it’s the model. Then, down to the pool, multiple co working spaces, gym, etc. I asked if we were still going to be shown the unit we were most interested in because it was empty. The tour guide “forgot”, but we headed back up to the open unit on the 7th floor I believe. To no surprise at all, the unit was terrible. No wonder she “forgot”. I stepped 2 steps inside the unit and I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life, and I used to live in Arlington, Texas. They were coming from the bottom cabinets of the sink, out of the sink drain/disposal. Simply put, they were all over that kitchen. Do not be fooled. This BUILDING has roaches. A friend of ours moved out weeks after their lease. Do not bother. It’s disgusting how little they clearly care of their residents.

Good amenities, bad management.

All the management group who charge on the building specially Melanie the manager. Act with a rude attitude to the residence here. I live here for almost 2 years. Every time I wanted to talk with the management it was very challenging. They don’t really care about the residence here.

while I lived here I never experienced a luxurious service in general or from the staff which are super rude for no reason. people getting robbed in such "luxurious building" Police or ambulance shows up every other week- building not maintained in ideal conditions. Fees for everything plus they rush you otherwise you get another "late fee" and then they don't stick to their word and ghost you such a terrible service-. no one stays neighbors moving out on the same year realizing everything. No worth it

First of all: 0 stars! I went on Saturday, January 6 with my boyfriend to see these apartments. TERRIBLE ATTENTION! There were 2 people doing nothing and according to them, they had no staff available because it closed at 5 PM (I arrived at 3 PM)
I asked about prices and the guy was there inventing and thinking about what to tell me. He asked me for my information to schedule an appointment for the following Saturday the 13th, to this day I am still waiting for him to contact me.
I found these apartments beautiful but after that attention and bad information? I'm not even going back to the tour :)
