Great place

The building is allowing the security company to terrorize its own residents. The building hired a security company that broke into the  management office - where all the resident's information is kept. The NEW security hired are placing green stickers in all of the resident's cars. There is a black girl with dreads that MALICIOUSLY puts green stickers in all of the Resident's cars. All of the cars that park in RESIDENT spaces are not left with glue on their windows (it was never done like this before) In the stickers she writes FALSE information - stating that Residents block areas - that is just simply not true. The Management office has the worst receptionist in the world - incompetent and doesn't speak English - they do this on purpose.  She forgets she has spoken to you after she makes you wait for over an hour to file a complaint.
THE SECURITY COMPANY AND THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE ARE FRAUDULENT.
AVOID MOVING INTO THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. The security guard up in the front was extremely rude. I only made a comment that it was odd that visitors had to pay for parking just because it was something that I was not aware of and not educated on but I just said it in a normal way I’m very social so I like to make conversation, so after I said I thought it was odd he became defensive and yelled to the point where I was nervous he stated “ you think I’m making this up like it’s some type of game” and began yelling continuously at me. My experience of visiting my friend was completely ruined and I don’t ever plan on going back to these apartments or even consider renting here because I once did. Trash. Hire better staff who don’t give your visitors anxiety.

Security is horrible. Absurd visitor parking and a robbery.

Lovely location. They charge for visitor parking.
