Apartments themselves are nice until you walk out the door, from afar it’s pretty but it’s dragged down by the fact that the gates never work, which allows anyone and everyone in. Horrible security issues which you think would be a priority in a gated community…

The gates are ALWAYS broken. This is not a private community.

Living at Bly has been a pleasure thanks to a great mix of amenities and exceptional service. The facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed, from the resort-style pool and gym to spacious, well-equipped apartments. A special mention goes to Ruben, the facilities manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and ensures residents feel right at home.

Great new community. modern design and cetrally located. Always, clean and well maintained, with incredible ammeneties. THe facilities manager, Ruben, is very attentive and effective in resolving any maintnanace issues! Thank You Ruben!

Nice community that cares for its residents and has great amenities. The front office and maintenance staff are the best. Brad in the front office makes this place special! He went above and beyond to help with my moving process and couldn't have done it without his help. If A/C unit isn't running in your apt you can hear your neighbors tv, music, and arguments but thats my only con about this place so still giving it 5 stars.

This used to be amazing community in the last month. We have multiple dead bodies one floating in the pool this morning overdose is going on in my building and another random dead person and they didn’t know what is talking about it when I posted on my community. Heroin needles in the parking lot. Gates all broken, not a gated committee when they don’t lock and dead people cracked den

Blys management is very responsive to maintenance issues. I’ve had the pleasure to have dealt with Jefferson a few times and he listened and resolved the issues in a timely fashion.

BLYS is a beautiful complex, with the highest-quality front office and support. Brad and Jeferson (and others who, apologies, I don't recall their names) have been nothing less than amazing. Responsive, proactive, thoughtful, and more. As far as the facility -- it's a BLYSful escape. This place is like living at a resort. We moved out of a downtown Fort Lauderdale (so-called luxury) apartment with an approximate cost, and it's been a huge upgrade. Peaceful, welcoming, and just overall amazing for us. We are appreciative.
