Wonderful community, beautiful apartments, stunning amenities!

Me and my family recently moved, and we had some electrical problems during work and since my family works from home we needed to request the help of maintenance asap so that we could get back to work. Adrian (Who assisted us from maintenance) willingly came to our rescue and helped us solving our electrical problem. Thank you very much Adrian for your great work and being able to respond so soon. Besides the electrical problem. We are loving being able to live in such a beautiful and awesome place like this. We couldn't recommend this place more if you're looking for a new place to rent.

Great place but you hear everything. Am I still happy with my decision to move here? ✅ Is the staff fantastic? ✅ Solid Amenities? ✅ Decent Community Events? ✅ Am I completely annoyed by the lack of soundproofing so you will definitely hear a normal conversation that your neighbors are having or what is going on in the hallway in a normal situation? ✅ At this point I want to offer my advice to my neighbors.

the building and facilities are spectacular, clean, well maintained quite location. Bill who lead my tour of the property was amazing. He was very patient, took his time to show units, answer any questions. He made us feel well welcome.

1-Paper thin walls. 2-Loud club music after hours building 3040 , management advise was for me to call police or go and knock on offenders door.
3-Gates/doors  broken/not working properly 99% of time.
4-Management do not care about anything but collecting fees.
5-False advertisement: This is not luxury, bugs and warms roaming hallways.

Bill has been an outstanding advocate for prospective renters and his diligence with us made the difference in putting Blys ahead of other properties. I hope that you all recognize the asset he is to your company. 1 week into living here, the property and amenities are amazing.

We moved to BLYS in late November 2023.  We had sold our condo and wanted to be closer to Wilton Manors so decided to rent.  It is the first time we have not owned a home or condo since the beginning of our relationship, and we were a bit apprehensive about moving into a rental environment.  And now we are so happy we made this change in our lives.  We love this community!  Our apartment exceeds our expectations as do all the amenities, the awesome supportive leasing and management staff (Thank you, Jessica, Jefferson, and Brad), and the access we now have to everything involving our daily lives - supermarkets, doctors, dentists, bars and restaurants - you name it!  It's all several minutes from our front door.  And the Circuit shuttle system in Wilton Manors is a bonus for us as we seldom even venture out in our car when heading out for happy hour or a dinner at one of the local spots close by.  The staff has also been extremely responsive when addressing any issues and/or concerns.  The Resident Portal for our community makes it easy to make payments, provide feedback, request maintenance when needed, connect with other residents, and stay informed about events.

When considering a new place to live, many factors came to play: location, budget, amenities, convenience, etc. Upon visiting BLYS, it was clear this community would check all of the boxes. The pool, gym, clubhouse, common areas, offices, coffee bar, pet area- all in tip top shape. The units themselves are large, updated with new and modern appliances and fixtures, flooring, and tile. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Bill Johnson was our sales associate and was incredible through the entire process. He was helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and very kind. Even after move in he has been easy to get a hold of and get help from. Bill was great to work with from start to finish. I am looking forward to my next chapter in South Florida and am excited to call BLYS home. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live. Give Bill a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Bill was one of the best agents to give me a tour in a very long time. Patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly making it a very smooth and easy walkthrough. Im hoping to live here once my lease is up! I cant thank the team at oakland park enough, with Bill having my recommendation for anyone looking to live here.

I just moved in the community and so far I love it here.I had a wonderful experience with Jeferson the assistant Manager, Not only was he professional, but also warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the complex. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the property.
