Combined, our apartments are specifically designed for HUD 202/Section 8, HUD/PRAC. To qualify, depending upon your choice of community, head of household must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income restrictions or be in need of the features of an accessible unit.

I love living here. Management and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They maintain the premises nice and clean and the grounds are well maintained. This is a wonderful place to live 🥰.

Why do I have to call for pricing? I don’t see what reason you have to hide the price so that people have to call to get basic information that most companies make available. It’s a waste of time on both sides.

I love B'nai B'rith and the staff that w ...
I love B'nai B'rith and the staff that works in the office. We are very happy that my mother got an apartment there. The only thing is that the office won't hold any package that comes in for the tenants which has resulted in theft when left out in the open by the mailbox. That is totally ridiculous and unsafe! Other than that, the building is clean and well kept.
