The president of the HOA is not qualifie ...
The president of the HOA is not qualified for this position. He is rude, he can"t have a normal conversation, he insults (he did it to a owner ), he gets very upset when you call him or knock his door before noon because he "sleeps" until late...........So, if there is a problem......figure it out!!! It is not possible to have an adult, rational conversation with this person. Not education, no manners, yelling is his way to communicate.
