Breezes at Palm Aire

All the associates are very polite,  Janisha, in particularly, is very friendly, kind and very professional. She tries to resolve all your concerns and requests as fast as possible. The place is clean and pleasant, so after all I am very happy with my choice.

I have been trying to contact the property manager for a week and I have not been able to do. She never answers calls or text messages. I have not received a response regarding the refund of my rental deposit for an apartment that I handed over 45 days ago in perfect condition. Where is my money? Why don't they answer messages or calls? Are we talking about fraud? Be careful!! Bryten & Breezes at Palm Aire does not return rental deposits!!

The pool has been closed since 12/5/24. As of today still no updates are given or timeline of when it will reopen. Supposedly an inspection needs to be done that they refuse to do. Communication is sparse and hard to get any real answers. Beware of property management team that only cares about collecting your money and not using it to fix amenities as they are lawfully required. Save your time and frustration by not dealing with them.

The pool is ALWAYS closed. It’s just for aesthetics, nobody is allowed to use it and they won’t even give you a reason or respond to calls and emails. You have no access to the gym when the office is closed . Which is half the time . Wouldn’t recommend

Maximum tranquility, peace, harmony between neighbors, efficiency in maintenance, excellent gym and fitness center, this place gives me enormous peace to live here. I have been living here for 7 months and I have not had a bad experience.

Rented an apartment here and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism regarding the return of my security deposit. I moved out and left the apartment in perfect condition on January 3rd. On January 15th, the property manager confirmed over the phone that they had approved the return of my deposit, as the apartment was in excellent condition. However, it is now February 13th, and I have still not received my deposit. It has been 42 days since I vacated the apartment, far beyond the 15-day period stipulated by Florida law. The communication has been incredibly difficult — the property manager doesn't respond to my calls or text messages, and when I have gone to the office three times, I have received no real answers. Instead, they keep blaming the financial department of Bryten Real Estate Partners, who are supposedly responsible for issuing the check.
This delay is clearly in violation of the law, and the lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that future tenants be aware of their rights and stay vigilant when dealing with this management team.

Jay helped me transfer from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment and I was positive I wanted to stay within the same community because I absolutely love living here. Jay was helpful and always their every step of the process and we couldn’t be happier here and with the service :)

Z E R O STARS DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS REALLY A JOKE IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD NOW ITS UNDER NEW MANAGMWNT ON TOP OF THAT THERE ARE WAY BETTER APTS AROUND ESPECIALLY FOR A BETTER PRICE JUST DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AT ALL SERIOUSLY

Moving in was a bit tricky due to the change in property management. As the new company settled in things were much better! Jay, the leasing agent is top notch! She went above and beyond to ensure our move in was a success and we were happy with the unit we selected! I cant speak on prior management, but this management team is really making a difference!

This community is great. Easy to steps to move in. Good pricing. I was helped by Jahnisha Alincar and she was amazing. Thank you so much
