We cleaned the apartment spic and span and they still kept our deposit. Never gave us a reason why.

Worst experience of life. No one should deal with. At first move in, there seems to be no issue, but little by little the problems arise. Once you're in and stuck. The "Manager" Sharon Nizzri is unprofessional and rude per conversations between her and myself. (I have all text proof). The building itself needs to be brought up to code. Building was built in a time where Lead paint was used and no where is it stated in a contract that it's been resolved or needs to be. Which is unsafe axlnd hazardous to anyone living there currently. They have an uncertified general maintenance man who does work he is legally not allowed to do, but they allow it. Worst experience of my life and over priced for a "Motel" which is basically what you get.

Horrible place to rent. Moving out of this apartments was a total chaos. They charged me $200 for professional cleaning of a 1 bedroom apartment that i left cleaner than when i first moved in. Charged $150 for some cheap curtains that said were damaged. Dont rent in this place. They scammers. They take money from hard working people. If this place was so updated i would totally understand but is so trashy

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had renting an apartment was here. I do NOT recommend this place at all and renters beware of these scam artists. Sharon and Wendy FAILED at providing a safe and secure environment for my family as they allowed the individuals that lived above us too harass us daily. We have recorded video evidence of everything they did which included daily harassment, spitting, verbal threats and acts of violence which resulted in us calling the police a few times and having case reports written out. Over a year later, Sharon nor Wendy did a single thing to address these issues and we decided to break our lease early over their neglect in providing a safe and secure environment for our family while we rented from them and we also have not received our deposit back after leaving our apartment in good standing, which we documented before we left and we will be seeking legal help moving forward. Aside from their security compromised complex, our unit had an AC system that failed almost daily. The AC would constantly need maintenance and we were told by the AC Tech that the units had old, out of date electrical wiring that caused a lot of our problems and other tenants as well, the AC tech was at Brizza weekly dealing with the same issues constantly in other units, our AC was still barely functioning up til the day we left and they NEVER fully fixed the problems. We also had an electrical problem with the outlets in our bathroom and kitchen which sparked as Brizza did not have GFI's installed in places that had moisture. When we made a work ticket for it, the first individual they sent to replace the faulty outlets was their general handyman whom was NOT licensed too do electrical work, he did a horrible job and did not fix the issue so we had too make another work ticket and told Sharon to send someone whom was LICENSED too do the job right and we finally had the proper outlets installed.
The parking situation there is totally messed up, they have people constantly violating county parking laws and they do nothing towards correcting these violations nor enforcing any policies. They allowed commercial vehicles to park where they legally cannot park, they allowed people who either did not live there or people who rented from the nearby areas to park in their tenants parking spots and we were constantly dealing with parking situations daily, especially at night.
Overall Brizza deserves the 1star rating because that's what they have earned for themselves due to their own actions or lack thereof. We dealt with package thieves, tenants kicking our doors at 3am, police being called over violent tenants, unsafe pool, county parking violations, trespassers, vehicles being broken into the list goes on and on.. but Sharon and Wendy just don't care about anything other than your rent money and it shows in their actions. Brizza is NOT a safe place for you and your family nor will management ever provide that for you, do not put your trust in Brizza, Sharon nor Wendy, put your family, money and trust elsewhere.

This apartment complex is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with in my life. The management is so unprofessional. I move out the apartment and they tried to put damage fees on me. The apartment was left in excellent condition and they stayed I put holes in the walls and also damaged the a/c unit costing me extra money plus my deposit. I fought them in court with all the evidence and statements from residents. They never fix anything the entire time I lived in the apartment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

The worst place to live ever please don’t go there,Wendy is the worst manager.. they are unfair and rude and there’s no body to talk to and they don’t care for you living there,even when you’ve done nothing to the apartment and once you decide to leave and leave it in a better stage as how you got it..they will not give you all  your deposit money back not even half and find ways to go around you to take your money and you can’t get a hold of nobody to talk to

The owners do not care if there are issues on the property. Nothing is handled in a timely manner because they are not being affected by it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone renting.

If i could put negative i would. They lie. Contract says we have a pool and pool has been closed for years. Cars get stolen. Lights brake and dont get fixed for weeks. Elevator is way outdated and not up to code with inspection, elevator breaks all the time. Youre lucky if you get to use it. Dirty. Landlord and association dont care about anyone but themselves. Just TERRIBLE. Worst money ever spent.
