This building in the beginning was a nice place to live. The Building management team change Numerous times. They want you to park your car on the second floor with an elevator that does not work and has not worked in 2 years.

Greatest love it staff are awesome

The people that run this apartment building doesn't like to answer the phone.

This place is useless, the administration of this place does nothing, I lived for 1 year at 5185 Nw 29 Ave. And when I left I got scammed, I lost $1,887. I don't recommend it at all.

This building is not for anyone to live in (5185). Lived there for two years and had my car broken into twice and fog lights stolen. When brought to their attention they basically tell tenants that’s not their problem. My car was illegally towed by the building and they towed 10 other cars that day. I had to speak to the Regional manager to get my money back and they advised me not to tell other tenants. There is mold they cover up with paint. The elevators never work or get repaired fast enough (taking up to a week to fix). On my move out I was told my deposit would be back in 15-30 days. When I received the check it was fraudulent. Can you just imagine my excitement when I went to my bank and their bank they won’t cash it. Stay tuned in for the ending of this happy living.

I live here it’s quiet and beautiful and there’s a nice view but there is one time I got stuck in the elevator and I was really scared I didn’t know what to do thank God my mom was here with me so we made it out but when I was stuck in the elevator it was hard to reach the Office people which is really weird during an emergency but I’ll though it’s really quiet and pretty I think they Elevator needs to be fixed and supervised more

I mean it is across 🚇 and 🍋 🌶️, 🦈 supreme, auto zone and checker's however the management is slow at keeping the premise cleaned so 😢
