Calusa Cove

It is a wonderful place to reside in peace and security, I lived there for 17 years and I was very happy, we are a big family. Fátima Bonilla and her team, Mary, Zoila and Frank and the maintenance person, trained and professional people who are willing to serve and satisfy the needs of the community. They attended to all my needs over the years so that I felt comfortable in my apartment in a clean and cared for environment. My children grew up there in the best place to see a family flourish. They are always aware of the well-being of the community, organizing activities for its benefit. I continue to communicate with my neighbors and the great family that we form. May God bless Calusa Cove for its work, effort and empathy in favor of those who form it and the that we will continue to belong wholeheartedly to that great family. Blessings to all!!!!!

I started here with my mom and dad, my mom work's here and I do not care if the pool is not clean I only care about family members that live here,and mom i love you to my heart❤

The staff is very friendly, and speak to people with kindness and respect at all time.  Mady, in the office, and Zoila, in maintenance, are both very competent and knowledgeable of their work. The building is generally clean. With some neighbors exceptions; and I think the cleaning lady needs help sometimes, since she’s the only one who does the work in both buildings. Neighbors are not very cooperative. It’s not fair. Moreover, he does a great work. Some air conditionings should be replaced.  They’re not working properly sometimes. But I think this is more the company than the main office. Some apartments need maintenance as well. However, they work it out pretty well. I lived in Calusa Cove for some years now, and it’s a good place to live.

Excellent community to live as a family, we just renewed the contract for another year and the process was very easy. Thanks to the help Madi. Property management is excellent as is maintenance. The building is always clean and the hallways are kept spotless. Many thanks in general to the entire team Fátima, Madi, Soila, Fran and Aunel for making our home a great community.
