Carlisle On the Ocean

This building has BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. It’s infested with cockroaches. The garage and the stairwell entrance and the elevators are all unsafe structures. They are violating SO many building code violations. They don’t do repairs when requested by several of their tenants. Several of the lower level floors often have flooding in the hallway and there is a strong smell of mold throughout. There is no security for the building and anyone from the street can walk up inside and take your packages out of the garage where they stack everybody’s packages without any supervision or surveillance. I could keep going but this trash place doesn’t deserve any more of my time or energy. GOOD LUCK to anyone desperate enough to settle for this dump run by a lazy man with no regard for the safety or comfort of his tenants or even basic common consideration for others. He is not capable of running this establishment or grateful for the very people that keep his own lights on. Don’t become another one of his victims… literally any other choice would have been better than this place. Huge regret.
