Celine Gardens

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience living at Celine Gardens. The house is spacious and always clean. Fares, the landlord, has been incredibly kind and understanding. I recently had some accidents while moving out, and he generously gave me extra days to sort things out. His willingness to accommodate my situation, even when the load elevator at my new place broke down, speaks volumes about his character. I highly recommend Celine Gardens for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Stayed at Celine Gardens for a year, and I really enjoyed it. Fares was very accommodating from the beginning of my stay, showed great hospitality, and was helpful with everything I needed throughout my time there. The apartment was clean, spacious, up to date.
Perfect location to the UM campus. About 18mins walk to the train station. Close to whole foods, publix, and lots of eating places.
Would definitely recommend or stay again 😀

These apartments are conveniently located near the University of Miami, public transportation, and shopping centers. The landlord is very attentive, maintains the property, and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. I've always felt safe living here and enjoyed access to reliable internet, parking, and various other amenities. I highly recommend Celine Gardens—it is a rare find in the Miami area.

I have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed it. The convenience is very good as far as off-campus housing options: I am able to walk to the library in about 15 minutes, and the UV shuttle is right across the street. The facilities are well-maintained. In terms of convenience it’s equal to the UV and less expensive than a single at the UV. The landlord is very responsive and seems like a nice guy.

Celine Gardens is the perfect package. It is right next to UM, close to Coral Gables and everything you could want in South Miami, and any problems/questions about your apartment will be quickly handled by Fares. It is a quiet and safe complex, and gave me a great two years - and made it hard to leave.

I lived here during my first two years of law school at UM and really enjoyed it. The units are spacious and great, and the location is perfect, as it is only a short walk to campus. Not to mention Fares is awesome and is around whenever you need him.

The owner is kind and my apartment is beautiful. I had a great time here.

I would highly recommend living at Celine Gardens. It's the closest you can get to the University of Miami and it was very convenient to be able to walk to class instead of having to drive in Miami traffic. The owner is very helpful, considerate, and always responded quickly. It is also close to shopping and the metro. I felt very safe living here and had a great experience!
